Hence, you cannot copy or imitate, reproduce or republish or even transmit or upload material without gaining the prior consent of the company. • If an existing client doesn’t respond to any queries or concerns put forth by the Web Biz Nation team regarding their project in a month time, then the project will be put on “Hold”.
• When a website’s access (admin panel login credentials) is handed-over to the client, we, Web Biz Nation, will not be responsible for any changes made to the site.

Legal Matters :

This agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the government of India and by reading it, you have irrevocably consented to the private jurisprudence of the law court in case there is any dispute arising from or pertaining to using this website.

Domain Registration & Hosting

Domain Registration :

We register Domain(s) on behalf of our clients. For domain registration, we require client’s approval and one ID Proof.

Domain Renewal :

For domain renewal, we seek approval from client 1 week before the domain expiration date. For domain renewal, full advance payment has to be done from the client. If the domain expires and we do not get approval from the client, in that case we will not be responsible for the loss of domain name.

Domain Transfer :

In case the client wants to transfer his/her domain from us, then he/she has to inform us 45 working days prior from the date of domain expiration.

Hosting :

Vigro Technosys Pvt Ltd will not tolerate misuse of space, the space allocated is for website only. It can not be used for storing files or softwares not linked to website.

We do not allow hosting of mp3 files and video files.

File hosting sites or sites designed primarily for download contents are not allowed in our webspace

Bandwidth allocated is only for website hosted on our server, Using bandwidth for other websites by hotlinking is not allowed.

Webmail can be used only for temporary storage of emails, we recommend our customer to use pop3 to download emails to their own PC. Storing email in webmail is not allowed.

We do not allow hosting of adult sites on our servers.

If the credentials for the hosting is with us and also with client, then In-case of any damage to the website, we will not be responsible.

Backups :

We strongly encourage all of our customers to do their own backups on their home computers or CD to ensure you have ready access to your data in the event, we should have a hardware failure. Although we regularly take backups of our server and we do not expect anything like this to occur, we want you to be prepared in the event that it does. Please kindly take backups of your all files.

Even the best and most complete and redundant backup systems can and do fail for a variety of reasons, despite the best efforts of the Web hosting service. THEREFORE, Web Biz Nation DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY, OR INTEGRITY OF THESE BACKUPS OR THE DATA THEY CONTAIN. Consequently, you must not rely upon the availability, completeness, currency, or integrity of these backups.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups on their own personal computers or other computers.

Web Biz Nation does not provide any sort of compensation for lost, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data in the event that Vigro Technosys Pvtltd’s backups do not function properly, regardless of the reason(s) for any such malfunction, even if the malfunction was due to the fault or negligence of Web Biz Nation.
